Sleepless in the Saddle 2006 with one set of lights to last all night!
2.What's the funniest thing a spectator has shouted at you?
"Die, Die!!!" which I later learnt meant, "Go, Go!!"
3.Favourite motivational tune?
Two shoes, Cat Empire (from the Seasons soundtrack) - it reminds me of having fun on bikes
4.What do you look forward to most at the end of a race?
Eating

Tokai Forest (South Africa) and Grand Raid (Switzerland)
7.What's the best bit of advice you've been given?
Rest is good

Arm warmers and power meter

26, but perhaps 29 next year
10.Gentle recovery or aggressive rest?
Typically I spin on the rollers, do core exercises, yoga, and then drink coffee and eat cake for the rest of the day ;)
